About Epcot
Epcot is a theme park located in at the Walt Disney World Resort. It opened in 1982. It is a park themed to worldwide cultures and technology. Epcot is a very popular Disney Resort. For example, in the year 2008, it had almost eleven million guests. The attractions are divided in to two main categories: Future World Pavilions and World Showcase. Future World Pavilions features technological innovations. Some of the pavilions include: Spaceship Earth, Imagination!, Innoventions, The Land, Universe of Energy, Mission Space, The Seas with Nemo and Friends, and Test Track. World Showcases is the 2nd main division of the park. It contains 11 pavilions based on the following countries: Mexico, France, Canada, the UK, Japan, China, Norway, Italy, Morocco, the American Adventure, and Germany.
